Social Distancing

What is Social distancing? How can we practice it at school? Check out this short video which takes a lighthearted approach to a serious topic, broadcast on BTN (Behind the News) on Tuesday, 24 March

Social distancing is one way to help slow the spread of viruses. Social distancing includes:

  • staying at home when you are sick
  • avoiding gatherings if they are not essential
  • staying 1.5 metres away from other people as much as you can
  • avoid touching others such as shaking hands, kissing or hugging.

There’s no need to change your daily routine, but practicing social distancing can help protect the people in our community who are most at risk.
