Fun and Fitness

This course is designed to give students high levels of physical activity to improve their fitness.
The focus will be on high-energy games where there is maximum involvement.
There will be a regular conditioning component in lessons. Students will be encouraged to develop positive mental attitudes towards fitness.
The aim of this course is to improve students’ overall fitness and awareness of fitness issues. We would encourage both boys and girls to select the course.
