School Payments

Modbury High School has the following payment methods:

  • Cash, Cheques, EFTPOS, Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard)
  • Qkr!App – click HERE for instructions
  • Internet Banking – please contact the Finance Office on 8264 1955 or via email for Bank Details
  • Direct Debit (ongoing payment)
  • BPoint (online credit card)

If you are unable to make full payment by the due date please contact the Finance Office to complete an Agreement for Payment Instalment Form by email, phone on (08) 8264 1955 or face to face.


Parents/caregivers are able to authorise our school to process ongoing payments to pay for school fees, invoices and other payments as agreed under a ‘payment plan’.  These payment plans may be scheduled weekly, fortnightly, monthly or per term depending on the payment type and circumstance.

To arrange a Direct Debit, please download the following form and return it to the Finance Office.

How to process a payment:

  1. Click on


  1. Enter your FAMILY ID (from the school invoice or statement)
  2. Enter your FAMILY NAME
  3. Enter the DESCRIPTION or INVOICE NO. for the payment
  4. Enter the AMOUNT of the payment
  5. Click on either the icon matching your card type (visa or mastercard)
  6. Enter your credit card number
  7. Enter the credit card expiry date
  8. Enter the card verification number/cvn (i.e the 3 digit code on the reverse of your credit card)
  9. Click on the proceed button
  10. After 3 to 5 seconds your payment will be processed and the receipt information will be displayed
  11. Either click the print view or enter your email address and click send email to get a copy of your receipt
  12. You can now exit the payment page
